Passport and immigration control is located on the first floor of the terminal, after security screening. All passengers arriving in the UK from outside the European Union are required to go through passport control. EU citizens can use the ePassport gates for faster processing. Non-EU citizens must go through a manual passport check with an immigration officer. There are also separate lanes for passengers with reduced mobility or special needs.

Airport Lounge Locations

Baggage Claim Areas

Cardiff Airport has two baggage claim areas located in the arrivals hall. The first baggage claim area is for domestic flights and the second baggage claim area is for international flights.
