The closest enrollment centers are in Milwaukee and Minneapolis. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application, schedule an interview at an enrollment center, and pay a non-refundable fee. Once approved, Global Entry members can use automated kiosks at select airports to expedite their entry into the United States.

Wausau Airport offers a few lounges for travelers to relax and unwind before their flight. The main lounge available is the Delta Sky Club, which is located near gate 2. This lounge offers comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi. Another lounge available is the United Club, located near gate 3. This lounge offers similar amenities to the Delta Sky Club, including comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi.
Baggage Claim Areas
CWA Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal building. Baggage claim area A serves Delta and United Airlines, while baggage claim area B serves American Airlines and Allegiant Air. Baggage carts are available in both areas for passengers to use while retrieving their luggage.
Luggage Cart Availability
Luggage carts are available for passengers to use free of charge at the airport. They can be found in the baggage claim areas, as well as in the parking lot shuttle pick-up area and near the terminal entrance. If you need assistance with your luggage, airport staff are available to help you with the carts.
Luggage Storage Locations (Left Luggage)
CWA does not offer luggage storage or left luggage services. However, there are several hotels in the area that offer luggage storage for their guests.
