NOTE:  Your airline is still the best source of information regarding your flight. In an emergency or other important situation, or for additional information regarding your flight, contact your airline in directly. This also applies to items lost on airplane or at gate areas (contact the airline's lost & found department.

Several organizations at Midway International Airport handle lost and found items. When trying to locate a missing item, contact the organization closest to the location the item was last seen. If you don't know where you misplaced the item, you can contact several or all of the agencies separately. Animals are not permitted in the terminal at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.

Midway is a smoke free environment.

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.
