Baggage Handling & delivery is the Airline's responsibiliy.  Contact your airline directly if your bag has not arrived.  Also contact your airline if your bags have been damaged (some airlines provide replacement).

Baby-related services:  Bring only what is needed for your baby during your flight. You may also pre-order 2 weeks in advance baby milk, etc. fro Boots Store (tel. 0131 335 0422. 
Baby-changing facilities in the Airport:
- at pre-security , UK Arrivals (behind Costa)
- at pre-security, on level 1 near WH Smith
- at post-security near gate 11
- at international baggage claim hall
Family restaurants: The Gathering Restaurant offers free food for 1 child with every paying adult.
Play Areas: The Liquorice Tree, opposite of Gate 2, and in the south-east pier next to gate 15, is for small children.

Bus tickets for the Airlink 100 to Edinburgh city center are available at the Lothian Buses kiosk outside of the terminal's Domestic Arrivals.

Lost & Found

From bracelets to books, wallets to glasses, Luggage-Point is committed to reuniting passengers with their sentimental or valued items thanks to our 24 hour online service and dedicated Lost Property helplines. You can search for your item on our database in real-time by going to our online search facility, www.airport-lostproperty.com. Searches are based on multiple criteria (Airport, date range, keyword (i.e. iPhone), and where the item was lost). Luggage-Point endeavours to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours. You can also call our dedicated team on 0330 223 0893 between 9am and 5pm daily. Retrieval Costs A retrieval fee will be payable to collect your item. Retrieval Options If an item is claimed, but cannot be collected immediately, the following options are available: 1.) Nominated Collection – If you can arrange for a friend/relative to pick up your lost item(s), let us know who they are and when they will be in, and on satisfactory production of an appropriate form of ID (passport/driver’s licence), we can authorise the release of your item to that person. 2.) Shipping – If collection cannot be arranged, Luggage-Point can send positively identified item(s) to any address through our Shipping service. Items can be sent to you, either home or abroad, subject to the relevant retrieval charge plus applicable shipping costs. 3.) Storage – If collection and shipping are not the options for you, Luggage-Point can store your lost item(s) in our secure storage facilities for an additional period of 42 days for a standard fee of £10 per day (Maximum fee £50, including retrieval costs). *Prescription drugs are exempt from charge
**Items collected within 30 minutes will not be subject to a fee Note: Luggage-Point deal with items that have been lost in the airport terminal or in the cabin of aircraft. If you have not received your luggage or it has been lost by your airline, please contact your airline directly as Luggage-Point are unable to assist.

Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs. Contact your airline as to their requirements. For overseas travel contact the embassy of your destination country as to their rules regarding shots, etc. Your vet will also be able to help you.
