Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

FAT Airport has two security checkpoints located on the upper level of the terminal building. The first checkpoint is located near the entrance of the terminal, while the second checkpoint is located at the end of the terminal near the gates. Both checkpoints are easily accessible and have multiple lanes to accommodate passengers.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

The airport offers TSA PreCheck, a fast track lane for eligible passengers. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the first security checkpoint near the entrance of the terminal. In addition, the airport also offers CLEAR, a biometric identity verification service that allows passengers to skip the security line altogether. The CLEAR lane is located at the second security checkpoint near the gates.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

FAT does not have international flights, therefore there are no passport or immigration control locations within the airport.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

Fresno Yosemite Airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available for passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for eligible passengers, which includes keeping on shoes, belts, and light jackets, as well as leaving laptops and liquids in carry-on bags. To apply for TSA Pre Check, passengers must complete an online application and schedule an appointment for an in-person interview. The TSA checkpoint at Fresno Airport is located near the ticket counters, and the TSA Pre Check lane is available for eligible passengers.

FAT Airport does not have a Global Entry enrollment center on-site, but there are several locations nearby where travelers can complete their Global Entry application and interview. The closest enrollment center is located at the Fresno Global Entry Enrollment Center, which is approximately 10 miles away from the airport. Other nearby enrollment centers include the Sacramento International Airport and the San Francisco International Airport.
