Airport Terminal Layout

The airport is divided into five main terminals: Concourse A, Concourse B, Concourse C, Concourse D, and the Main Terminal. The Main Terminal is located in the center of the airport and is divided into two levels.

Concourse A is located to the left of the Main Terminal and houses gates A1-A8. Concourse B is located to the right of the Main Terminal and houses gates B1-B16. Concourse C is located to the left of Concourse A and houses gates C2-C10. Concourse D is located to the right of Concourse B and houses gates D1-D4.

Overview of Terminals

The Main Terminal at BNA is where passengers will find the ticketing counters, baggage claim, and security checkpoints. Concourse A and B are primarily used by Southwest Airlines, while Concourse C is used by American Airlines and Delta Air Lines. Concourse D is used by United Airlines and Frontier Airlines. Each terminal has a variety of restaurants, shops, and services for passengers to enjoy.

Getting Between Terminals

Passengers can easily get between the terminals at Nashville Airport by using the airport's shuttle service. The shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes and is located on the lower level of the Main Terminal. Passengers can also walk between the terminals, as they are all connected by a covered walkway. The walk between Concourse A and B is approximately 5 minutes, while the walk between Concourse C and D is approximately 10 minutes.

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

BNA has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located on the third floor of the terminal building, near the entrance to Concourse C. There are also additional security checkpoints located near the entrances to Concourses A, B, and D. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

Nashville Airport offers a TSA PreCheck program that allows eligible passengers to use a dedicated security lane for faster screening. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the main security checkpoint on the third floor of the terminal building, near the entrance to Concourse C. Passengers who are enrolled in the TSA PreCheck program can use this lane and do not need to remove their shoes, belts, or light jackets, and can keep their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

Passport and immigration control at Nashville Airport is located on the first floor of the terminal building, near baggage claim. All international passengers arriving at BNA Airport must go through passport and immigration control before exiting the airport. There are several passport control booths and immigration officers available to process passengers efficiently. Passengers are advised to have all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, ready for inspection upon arrival.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

At the airport (BNA), there are multiple TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints located throughout the airport to help expedite the security screening process for travelers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows pre-approved travelers to move through security checkpoints more quickly and with less hassle. This program is available for eligible passengers traveling domestically and internationally. TSA Pre Checkpoints are located at the North and South Checkpoints, as well as at Concourses A, B, and C. Standard TSA checkpoints are located at the North and South Checkpoints, and Concourse D.

Global Entry Locations

Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. At BNA (BNA), Global Entry kiosks are located in the International Arrivals area of the airport. This program is available to U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and citizens of certain other countries. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an application and undergo a background check. Once approved, travelers can use the program for five years and can use the kiosks at any participating airport in the United States.

CLEAR Lane Locations

Nashville Airport offers CLEAR services to help you get through security faster. CLEAR uses biometric technology to identify you and expedite the security screening process. With CLEAR, you can skip the long security lines and get to your gate faster. CLEAR Plus lanes are located in the following terminal(s):

Airport Lounge Locations

Nashville Airport offers several lounges for travelers to relax and unwind before their flight.

The Delta Sky Club lounge is located in Concourse B and offers complimentary snacks, drinks, and Wi-Fi for Delta passengers. The United Club lounge is located in Concourse C and offers similar amenities for United passengers. The American Airlines Admirals Club lounge is located in Concourse C and offers a quiet space for American Airlines passengers to work or relax. The Priority Pass Lounge is located in Concourse A and is accessible to members of the Priority Pass program, offering a variety of amenities including food, drinks, and shower facilities.

Baggage Claim Areas

Baggage claim areas at BNA Airport are located on the lower level of the terminal building. There are four baggage claim areas, each corresponding to a different concourse. Signs throughout the terminal will direct you to the appropriate baggage claim area. Once you arrive at the baggage claim area, you will see a digital display board that shows the flight numbers and corresponding carousels for baggage pickup. Baggage carts are available for use in the baggage claim area.

Luggage Cart Availability

Luggage carts are available for use throughout the airport. You can find them in the baggage claim area, parking garages, and near the entrances to the terminal building. The cost to rent a luggage cart is $5, payable by credit card or cash. If you need assistance with your luggage, skycaps are available to help you at the curbside drop-off area and in the baggage claim area.

Luggage Storage Locations

There are no luggage storage facilities (left luggage) available at BNA. However, there are several off-site luggage storage options available nearby. These services allow you to securely store your luggage for a fee, typically based on the size and duration of storage. Some popular options include Bounce, Vertoe, and LuggageHero. You can book these services online in advance or upon arrival at the airport.
