The Airport Operations Center
(tel. 850-436-5000) is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Public Phones TDD are located on the first level of the terminal, by escalators and on concourse at Gate 2.
Courtesy Paging Phones are on the first level of the terminal, near escalators, outside gift shop on 2d level Terminal Lobby, and at Gate 2 on Concourse.
The USO Welcome Center /Information desk - attended to by volunteeers - is on level 2, center, near the escalators.(tel. 850-455-1064) and provides WiFi access, refreshments, transport assistance & area information.

Lost & Found

1. If you lost an item onboard your airplane, contact your airline's lost & found department.
2. If you lost an item inside the terminal, call 850-436-5000. (The Airport Police arranges shipment of lost item via local shipper). 

Mail Center

Postal & UPS drop boxes - outside across from airline ticketing desks;


Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.
