Airport Information Counters are located in each terminal. General information and assistance, worldwide airport operating conditions and weather updates are just a few of the technological and customer service options available to all passengers.

Children's Play areas are in TA East and TD: The 'Please Touch Aviation Station' is ideal for children ages 1 to 7, islocated adjacent to Gate D-10 and near Gate A-1- it features interactive displays designed to introduce children to the world of aviation. Hands-on items include a jumbo-jet where children can get inside to be both passengers and crewmember, and a smaller airplane featuring hand controls where children can activate a spinning propeller.
The Aviation Play Station serves less of a play area and more of an educational tool as well.
Minute Suites are located in Terminal A East and in the TA/B Connector. Minute suites
Meeting places: You can meet international arrivals at Terminal A-West in the Interntional Arrivals hall, and domestic arrivals at the baggage claim area, or on the public side of the exit lanes near the security checkpoints.
Paging: Passengers or visitors needing assistance in locating an individual may contact the Airport's paging system by using one of the white courtesy phones located throughout the Airport. Passengers or visitors needing medical or foreign language assistance may choose from the list of available numbers conveniently located above each of the white telephones.
Passenger pickup - it is best to use the Cell phone lot or short-term parking (see 'Airport Parking' under QUICK LINKS). Also see 'Meeting places' above.
Passengers arriving from US Airways Express at Terminal F can be picked up at the Arrivals Road outside Terminal E.

Lost & Found
The Lost & Found Office is located in the Communications Center, accessible from the Departures The Airport's Lost and Found, located in the Communication Center, is for items found in the terminals, restrooms and concessions. Communication Center can be accessed on the Departures Roadway between Terminals C and D and is open 24/7 and can be reached at 215-937-6888, [email protected] or to submit a lost claim click here. Passengers also may contact several sources for assistance in recovering lost items: For lost suitcases and items left on aircraft, contact your airline’s baggage claim office. Click HERE to Airline Baggage Information. If you left an item at a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint, contact the TSA's Lost and Found at the Airport at 610-521-7206 or email at [email protected]. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Check with the transportation company for items left in taxis, buses, vans, rental cars, and other public vehicles.

Smoking
International Travelers at Philadelphia PHL Airport
All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance . If they continue their journey they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.
