There are 2 main parking areas at Rapid City Airport:
- RAP Short Term P2 Parking Lot
- RAP Long Term P1 Parking Lot
Rapid City Airport offers two basic parking options to its passengers, i.e. the short-term P2 parking lot and the long-term P1 parking lot.
All parking spaces are conveniently located at a short walk distance from the RAP airport terminal.
Parking inside both lots is free for the first 30 minutes.
There are a number of payment options for all passengers: pay via credit/debit card, pulling a ticket at entrance and paying at the exit, or paying on foot at the kiosk.

Featuring parking spaces open to all passengers, the short-term handicap-accessible parking lot is the closest parking space from the main RAP airport terminal building.
Parking inside this lot is free for the first 30 minutes.

Weekly Maximum $84.00
Long-Term P1 Parking Lot
Location: At the airport, further from the terminals.
Featuring parking spaces open to all passengers, the long-term handicap-accessible parking lot is the furthest parking space from the main RAP airport terminal building.
Parking inside this lot is free for the first 30 minutes.

Each Hour $2.00
Daily Maximum $10.00
Accessible/Handicap Parking
The RAP Airport also provides people with restricted mobility with a convenient option for parking. There are specific parking spaces allotted in both of the parking lots for such passengers. They are required to prominently display an official disabled license plate or any other official permit to be allowed to park in these allotted spots. Any violations to this requirement might result in the towing away of the owner’s car.
