SLC Airport Transportation Options

Salt Lake City Airport offers a variety of transportation options to suit your travel needs. Whether you prefer taxis, shuttles, ride-shares, or public transport, SLC has you covered. Here's a detailed guide to help you navigate your way from the airport to your destination.

Taxis & Limousines

Taxis are conveniently located outside Terminal 1 at Door 7 and Terminal 2 at Door 11. They provide a straightforward option for getting to your destination quickly. Limousine services can also be arranged through various providers, offering a more luxurious travel experience.

Private Shuttles & Buses

Authorized shuttle companies, including Alta, All Resort Express, Canyon Transport, Park City Transportation, and Xpress Shuttle, have counters in the baggage claim area. It's recommended to make reservations prior to your arrival for Salt Lake City destinations. For areas outside the city, you can arrange on-demand services with other companies.

Ride-Share Services

Ride-share platforms like Lyft and Uber operate at Salt Lake City Airport. Pick-up locations are in the center traffic lanes outside of baggage claim for Terminals 1 and 2. Simply use the app to request a ride, and you'll be on your way.

Rental Cars

Rental car facilities are available at the airport, offering a range of providers to choose from. These facilities are conveniently located, making it easy to pick up and drop off your rental vehicle.

Public Transportation

• TRAX Light Rail: The Green Line runs to City Center, departing every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends. Stops are located at the south end of Terminal 1 and outside Terminal 2.
• UTA Buses: Route 453 to Tooele offers limited weekday service. The bus stop is on the curb outside the UTA Welcome Center at Terminal 1 and outside Terminal 2 next to baggage claim 8.
• Para-transit Service: Available by calling 801-287-7433, 24 hours prior to departure.

Additional Transportation Services

The airport shuttle companies also serve the Greyhound Bus and Amtrak Train stations, located at 300 South 600 West and 340 South 600 West, respectively.

Accessibility and Additional Services

SLC Airport is equipped with facilities to assist travelers with disabilities, including wheelchair services and moving walkways. Hotel shuttles and short-term parking options are also available for added convenience.
