Lost & Found

For items lost at the check-in counter, at the departure gate area or onboard the airplane, contact your airline.
If your bag is missing or is damaged, contact the baggage claim office or call 041.2609222.

Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to its requirements. If you wish to take a pet abroad you must have obtain certain documents. Regulations relating to the import of animals vary from country to country, but in general you will need at least two documents for your pet: (a) a valid health certificate signed by an authorized veterinarian; and (b) a rabies certificate signed by a local inspector of the veterinary service or another official. For further information about the import regulations that apply to your pet, contact the embassy of the country of your destination.


Smoking is not permitted at the Airport.
