Getting Around ICT Airport
The layout of ICT Airport features a single terminal and concourse, making navigation relatively straightforward. This terminal, a two-story structure, houses all essential facilities including ticketing, baggage claim, security screening, and boarding areas. Here are some tips to help you move around the airport efficiently:
- The main entry level contains the ticketing and baggage claim areas. These are easily accessible from the terminal entrance.
- Departure lounges, concessions, and expanded passenger security screening are located on the upper level concourse. Elevators and escalators are available to help you move between the two levels.
- The concourse is equipped with 12 boarding gates, each featuring a glass jetway. Signage is clear and will guide you to your designated gate.
Additional facilities include enhanced concessions both before and after security, making it easy to grab a bite or do some last-minute shopping while waiting for your flight. The airport also offers free WiFi, allowing you to stay connected and access digital maps or flight information as needed. If you require rental car services, the consolidated rental car facility counters are conveniently located and easy to find within the terminal.

Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Wichita Eisenhower National Airport has two security checkpoints located on the upper level of the terminal. The first checkpoint is located near the entrance to the terminal, while the second checkpoint is located near the gates. Both checkpoints are equipped with advanced screening technology to ensure the safety and security of all passengers.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Wichita Airport offers a TSA PreCheck program for eligible passengers, which allows them to use the fast track lanes at the security checkpoints. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the first security checkpoint near the entrance to the terminal. Additionally, the airport offers a Clear program for expedited security screening. The Clear lane is also located at the first security checkpoint.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
ICT Airport has a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility located on the lower level of the terminal. The CBP facility is responsible for processing international arrivals and departures, including passport and immigration control. Passengers arriving from international destinations will need to proceed to the CBP facility for processing before exiting the airport.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for all passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows travelers to expedite the security screening process. Passengers who are enrolled in TSA Pre Check do not have to remove their shoes, belts, or light jackets, and can keep their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. However, TSA Pre Check is only available for eligible passengers who have applied and been approved for the program.

Global Entry Locations
ICT does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, there are several Global Entry Enrollment Centers located in nearby cities such as Kansas City, MO and Oklahoma City, OK. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and attend an in-person interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center.
CLEAR Lane Locations

ICT offers a variety of food and shopping options for travelers. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or some last-minute souvenirs, the airport has got you covered.

Baggage Claim Areas
Wichita Airport has two baggage claim areas, one for domestic flights and the other for international flights. The baggage claim areas are located on the lower level of the terminal building. The airport has made efforts to make the baggage claim process as efficient as possible, with baggage carousels clearly marked and easy to navigate. If you have any trouble locating your baggage, there are airport staff available to assist you.
