Hello, I'm connecting in Denver from PVR going to SLC and the layover is 1h32min. I'll have luggage with me, would I need to go through customs, pick them up and put them through domestic security again and would that be enough time to make my flight. Both flights are on the same itinerary from United and I've purchased Premier Access just in case. Thanks!
Yes, you have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and to your departure gate. You should have enough time.
Looking at a flight from Milwaukee to Cabo through Denver all on Southwest with a 1 hour and 25 minute layover. Traveling with young children (5 and 7). Will both flights be in the same terminal even though one is international? Will this allow enough time to connect? We need to be at the Cabo gate with enough time to board in the priority slot so we can sit together.
Yes, all you have to do on the way to Cabo is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate both on Concourse C. You have enough time.
Flying MSP to DEN with 1 hr layover then DEN to LIH, Hawaii. Is that in a different terminal (considered internationl?) and is that enough connection time? Thanks.
Probably should have included both legs are on United.
Hawaii is part of the United States, it is not International. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate both on Concourse B. You have enough time.
I have 59min connection from denver to newark (in february- don't know how likely delays are that time of the year)- is this enough time?
If the first flight is domestic and both flights are on the same airline that should be enough time.
I am arriving 12:00 pm from Kansas City on United 5927 (Operated by Skywest DBA United Express and departing 3:17 pm to Los Angeles on United 481. They say my reservation is booked and confirmed. Do I need to go to the main terminal to check for United 481? I do not speak english.
No, you do not have to go to the main terminal. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both in Concourse B.
Think it's possible to make a 40 minute connection from one terminal to the united terminal with a 40 minute layover if I don't check bags?
They're all the same terminal, just different concourses. It's possible if you check in online for your DAC flight, but it depends on the DAC flight being on-time. Personally I wouldn't risk it.
I am arriving 12:30 on Southwest and scheduled to depart 2:30 on Alaska Airlines. Will I have to leave the terminal and go back through security for the connecting flight?
If you have checked baggage, yes, you will. If you don't have checked baggage you can go directly to your departure gate if you check in for your Alaska flight online.
Thank you. I was told I should have enough time to retrieve the bags, get them checked with the next airline and still make it to the departure gate. I sure hope they are right!
I m travelling from OKC to DEN on United and thn connecting flights to Munich on Lufthansa..Will i have to claim baggage at Den and thn recheck again with other airlines or it will be checked once at starting airport and transferred to final destination.??
It will be checked through to your final destination. There is no US Customs when leaving the US.
I have a 3 hr layover, is it enough to clear customs and immigration and reach my next flight?
Yes, if both flights are on the same reservation that is plenty of time.
Trying to get to Sheridan, WY. from Detroit, MI.
Detroit to Denver on Delta arrives at DEN at 9:34am ...then Denver Air Connection DEN-SHR takes off at10:50am...since these are two separate airlines do I have to go back through security at DEN when I land from Detroit? Will this be enough time to get on DEN-SHR??
No checked bags.
With no checked bags you can go directly to the Denver Air Connection gate. They can issue your boarding pass there. You should have enough time.
