At parking garage, push the emergency button at call boxes in the parking garage.

Medical Services Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are an effective lifesaving device used in cardiovascular emergencies. They are accessible at various points throughout the terminals.

Airlines: When making flight reservation, communicate your special needs, including wheelchair assistance.

FLL Airport is fully ADA-compliant:
  All restrooms in the ticket lobbies, concourses & baggage claim areas are wheelchair accessible. (If you need more information, contact Broward County Aviation Department at 954-359-1030 or [email protected].))

For visual paging monitors for hearing impaired, call 954-359-1201.

TTY phones for the hearing & speech impaired passengers located in the baggage claim areas of all terminals, & the Hibiscus Garage - all TTY phones connect caller with the Florida Relay Sevice (1-800-955- 8770 (voice); 8771 (TTY).

Parking: Vehicles displaying Florida toll exemption permit or ADA-adaped vehicles are presently fee-exempt. For quickest access from the Garage to your terminal: use either the Palm Garage on levels 1or 4 to access T2, T3 or T4; or use the Hibiscus Garage on level 2, east end, to access T1.

Wheelchair-accessible Transportation: 
Accessible vans need prior reservation. (The Yellow Cab wheelchair taxi dispatch will make arrangements).  Accessible taxis & shared ride shuttles do not charge for wheelchairs.  For rental cars with hand controls contact your rental car agency.  TriRail feeder buses & the Broward County Transit bus are wheelchair-equipped.
