Arriving on AA at 21:54 and departing on KE at 23:30 on way to Seoul, Korea; travel is on one reservation. Will I have enough time to make the connection? Thanks.
Yes, that should be enough time if the first flight is on-time.
I am arriving by UA to Terminal 7 at 12.49 pm.
My next flight is by LH from terminal B at 3.15 pm. In addition I have luggage. Would you please let me know if connection time is enough? Would you please recommend me the fastest way to my gate in terminal B? Thank you.
If everything is on the same reservation, then follow signs to T6, walk part of the way up T6 until you find a tunnel to your right, go down into the tunnel and you can walk to T4, then follow signs to the International Terminal. You have plenty of time.
What terminal does United flight from Dulles on Dec 29 come into LAX and what terminal does SW flight from BWI come into same morning (11am)? I have to meet a group at United baggage area to catch shuttle to hotel. Thank you
The Southwest flight will arrive in Terminal 1 and the United flight will arrive in Terminal 7.
My daughter will be arriving from Fort Lauderdale at 9.53pm at Terminal 6 and has to catch a flight to Australia from Tom Bradley at 11.35pm. Will this be enough time to get from one to the other?? .. She is under 16 so hoping she can get help if she needs it.
What airlines is she flying? Is it one reservation or two separate reservations?
I'm in the same situation with two separate reservations and a 2hr transit (Avianca -> Qantas)
She is flying in via Virgin America and flying out on Qantas
Also. Will she need to go through security at TBIT or will she have done that at FL and only need customs in Aus ..
lastly she is asking will she need to recheck luggage or will it go straight from FL to Australia
Lisa, if it's two separate reservations then she isn't able to check her bags through and that will make the connection very difficult if not impossible. JSK, you also do not really have enough time since you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through Customs, re-check your bags with Qantas and go through security.
Am I supposed to get down to bag claim level, go through the custom clearance and walk the new connector?
There is a security checkpoint in the TBIT for accessing the connector after you clear customs. You go there first.
Thanks ZAP!
Looking for some info help. My sister is arriving at LAX United express from LAS arriving at 10:17am and then going to fly internationally with American Airlines departing 11:30am. Her tickets are already confirmed. She's worried she might not have enough time to catch the other flight. Would she have enough time? Or would you recommend changing her flight from LAS to LAX? She won't be checking in any baggage. If that's enough time, what route would she take to her gate? She hasn't traveled in a while. Thank you so much for your help.
With no checked bags, if she is able to check in online for her AA flight she can go directly to her departure gate by walking to T6 and then through the tunnel to T5 or T4 where she departs. She arrives in T8.
I have a flight transfer tomorrow at LAX, and like to know roughly how long it will take me to walk from Terminal 7 to TBIT. I have 2 hours between the flights, and worried that it may be too short.
Thanks a lot.
That's enough time.
detailed info for first time flyer, thank you for your assistance.
Assuming you are arriving on a domestic flight into Terminal 7, then you walk to the base of Terminal 7 and follow signs to Terminal 6 (don't exit security), then walk up Terminal 6 until you see a small sign pointing down some stairs towards Terminal 5, there is a tunnel there, you can take that tunnel all the way to Terminal 4. from there follow signs to the International Terminal through the new connector building.
Thank you:)
Is 45 minutes enough time to connect between two Alaska flights.
Yes, it should be enough time if the first flight is on-time.
How long should I expect it to take to get from Terminal One to Terminal Six at approximately 9:00 am on a Monday morning? Am I correct in thinking that I cannot currently walk between the terminals and will have to take the shuttle between terminals?
You should still be able to walk between them outside security. I would want at least 90 minutes without checked bags and 2.5 hours with checked bags.
