IF I Have luggage to be checked in, do I pay on checking in?
What is the maximum weight allowed per suitcase?
I AM flying to Chicago via Dallas-whereby I change planes for Chicago. Do I have to collect & recheck -in my luggage in Dallas?

You will pay on the American Airlines website when checking in or at the airport with a credit card at the American Airlines check-in desk. You will not have to claim your bags in Dallas. Bags can weigh up to 50 lbs.
