Getting Around the Airport
Orlando Sanford Airport is a public airport in Sanford, Florida, near Orlando. It is owned and operated by the Sanford Airport Authority.
SFB is located 18 miles northeast of Orlando, off Route 46. It covers an area of 3,000 acres (1,214 ha).
The terminal building structure at the SFB airport has two terminals: International Terminal A and Domestic Terminal B.
International Terminal A
The International Terminal of the Orlando Sanford International Airport features facilities such as duty-free shopping, restaurants, observation deck, postal services, information counters, currency exchange, and telephone facilities.
On Level 1 there is an information centre and a global entry space. It houses male/female restrooms, nursing stations, baggage claim carousels, pet relief area, wheelchair assistance, and elevators/escalators.
On Level 2 there are gate areas, shopping and dining options, and male/female restrooms along with nursing stations.
Domestic Terminal B
The Domestic Terminal of the Orlando Sanford International Airport features facilities such as ATMs, retail shops, ticketing counters, baggage claim, and a restaurant.
On Level 1 there is an information centre and a global entry space. It houses male/female restrooms, nursing stations, baggage claim carousels, pet relief area, wheelchair assistance, and elevators/escalators.
On Level 2 there are gate areas, shopping and dining options, and male/female restrooms along with nursing stations.

Food, Shops & Amenities
There are various shopping and dining options inside both concourse areas of the airport.
In the post-security area there is Gallerie, Indulgences, Discover Orlando Sanford, and KidsWorks for shopping. For dining there is Sanford Market, Budweiser Tap Room, and American Grill along with other dining options.
In the pre-security area there is Hudson News, Duty Free, and World Duty Free Jewelry for shopping.
Terminal Tips
- Passengers are advised to arrive at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time to account for TSA security wait times and any possible delays.
- To ensure a smooth check-in process, passengers should pack carry-on luggage in a suitable manner, have photo ID ready, and read all the airline guidelines properly prior to arriving at the airport.
- No unattended baggage will be allowed inside the terminal building. You must keep your bags with you at all times.
