Hello! i have a quick question. Canadian here. I have booked a flight from Hong Kong to Chicago (Ohare airport) through Delta with a layover in Seattle. Initially, the stopover was to be 2 hours 15 however the flight has changed and pushed back making it 1hour 1m. Do you think there is enough time to get to my next connecting to Chicago? The Reps seem to think so but im a little sketch. Thanks so much!
No, that's definitely not enough time, Unfortunately they'll probably have to rebook you with an extra stop in Salt Lake City or Detroit to give you more time, which is why they're loathe to change your booking for you.
Does anyone know if 2 hours is sufficient for connecting at SeaTac from Shanghai (PVG) to Portland (PDX)? This is for US citizen, how long does it take to complete custom, taking care of checked-in bags, walking to the new gate?

Thanks!
Lee
Yes, that should be enough time if both flights are on the same reservation.
Thank you for the quick reply, appreciated!
Hi I am flying to Vancouver, Canada from Chicago, IL connecting through Sea-tac.
I am wondering if 2Hr is enough for connection
Yes, that is plenty of time. You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver.
thanks a lot
I'm flying from Anchorage on Delta to Seattle to catch a Southwest flight. How much is enough time to deplane on Delta, go to Delta baggage claim to retrieve my checked bag, then check into SWA and check my bag and get to the SW gate. Delta flight arrives at 5:10 AM.
I would want at least 2 hours, preferably 2.5
Hi! I have a Delta flight from PDX to YVR with a 2 hour and 40 minute layover in Seattle. I'm flying in to Seattle at 7:53pm and my next flight is at 10:40pm... I'm assuming this is enough time to get through customs, correct? Will I need to go through security again upon arriving in Seattle/before boarding my flight to Vancouver? Thanks!
There is no US Customs when leaving the US. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.
Awesome, thank you! This is my first time flying so I'm a little lost.
Planning a trip to Anchorage. The flight looking st will be departing Raleigh Durham 7:00 am, arriving Seattle at 9:40 am with a 45 minute between flight to Anchorage, is that enough time to make connecions
Yes, if both flights are on the same reservation that is enough time.
Which terminal is used by Delta Air
Seattle only has one terminal. Their gates are in Concourses A, B, and S.
we are arriving from Calgary on delta Feb 14 at 2:23 pm and delta has us on a 4:04 flight for Beijing, will this allow enough time to make our connection?
Yes, that's plenty of time. You pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary so all you have to do in Seattle on your way to Beijing is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I arrive to SEA on Frontier at 2:30pm from COS on 6/24/18. Flight out to ANC on Alaska at 4:00pm. Need to grab bags at baggage claim and check them into Alaska. Is this doable? I am flying first class on Alaska so hoping lines will be a little shorter at check-in. Also have TSA Pre.
That's barely enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Which concourse is flight to Vancouver and where to pass eight hour lay over . Can I purchase a lounge pass on the day and which is best
What airline are you flying?
Air Canada to Vancouver then Australia AiAircanada
Air Canada uses Concourse A (although they will be probably moving soon). You could buy a pass at the United Club but it's not a great lounge. All gates in Seattle are connected inside security.
