AirAsia India is a low-cost airline based in Bengaluru, India. It is a joint venture between Tata Sons and AirAsia, with the latter holding a 49% stake in the company. The airline was established in 2013 and commenced operations in 2014, becoming the fourth subsidiary of AirAsia.
