Getting Around the Airport
Albuquerque International Sunport Airport has one terminal with three levels and two Concourses A and B.

There are three levels to the Albuquerque Airport:
Level 1 is for Baggage Claim and consists of baggage carousels 1 to 8. Baggage carousel 1 is for 1 is for United Airlines, baggage carousel 2 is for Allegiant Airlines and Frontier Airlines, baggage carousel 3 is for Alaska Airlines, baggage carousel 4 if for American Airlines, baggage carousel 5 is for Delta Air Lines, baggage carousel 6 and 7 is for Southwest Airlines, and baggage carousel 8 is for JetBlue Airlines. There are three baggage claim offices near baggage carousels 1, 3, and 7. Ground transportation counter and an information counter can be found near baggage carousel 6. There is also a shuttle waiting area near baggage carousel 8. A meditation room is situated near baggage carousel 1 and vending machines near baggage carousel 6. Outside this level there is a public pickup lane, a commercial lane for rental cars / hotel cars / parking shuttles / city buses, as well a parking garage.
Level 2 is for Checking-in and consists of a commuter airline gate area. There are ticketing counters on this level for United, Frontier, Alaska, JetBlue, American, Delta, Southwest, and Allegiant Airlines. Commuter gates, vending machines, and a press room is located next to each other towards the south west. Across from these is the Access Control room. Near the ticket counters on the east, there is a Sandia Vista room, ADP Aviation Police, and Customs & Border Protection.
Level 3 is for Departures and consists of two concourses, Concourse A and B, with commercial airline gates. On the two ends of this level there is a TSA Checkpoint and an Aviation Administration Offices. Near the gates a nursing room and passenger meet & greet can be found.
Several ATMs are available throughout the airport terminal building on levels 2 and 3.
Concourse A and B
Concourse A and B are included in the third level and consists of 22 gates. Concourse A has 13 Gates labelled as A1-A12, and A14 and Concourse B has 9 Gates labelled as B1 and B3-B10. There is an Observation Desk between the two Concourses and a Pet Relief Area in Concourse A.

Food, Shops & Amenities
There are many options for shopping and dining around the ABQ airport. Some notable shops and restaurants include Panda Express, Tia Juanita’s Pronto, and Thunderbird Curio inside the A/B Connector post-security area; Schlotsky’s, Route 66 Lounge, and Hudson News in Concourse A; and Snack Attack, Watch Sports Lounge and Grill and Sunport Boutique in Concourse B.
The security checkpoints at the ABQ airport are monitored by the Federal TSA - Transportation Security Administration. Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. All security checkpoints provide access to the concourses and airplane gates.

- Smoking inside the airport is prohibited. Only at designated smoking areas is smoking permissible
- For passenger convenience, a USPS mailbox and a FedEx envelope and package box are located outside the building on the east end of the ticketing level
