Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Atlantic City Airport has two security checkpoints located on the upper level of the terminal building. One is located near the entrance to the B Gates and the other is located near the entrance to the C Gates. Both checkpoints are open from 4:00 AM until the last flight of the day. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
ACY Airport does not currently offer any fast track lanes for security screening. However, TSA PreCheck is available for eligible passengers, which allows for expedited screening through a dedicated lane. Passengers who are enrolled in TSA PreCheck can use this service at both security checkpoints at the airport.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The airport does not have any international flights, so there are no passport or immigration control locations within the airport. However, passengers should always carry a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport, when traveling domestically. TSA agents may request to see identification during the security screening process.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
ACY has both TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints to ensure the safety and security of all travelers. The TSA checkpoint is located on the upper level of the terminal and is open from 4:00am until the last flight of the day. The TSA Pre Checkpoint is also located on the upper level and is open from 4:00am to 7:00pm. TSA Pre Check allows eligible travelers to enjoy an expedited screening process, which means they can keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and leave laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags.
Global Entry Locations
Atlantic City Airport does not currently have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, nearby airports such as Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) offer Global Entry Enrollment Centers. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Travelers must apply for Global Entry and complete an in-person interview at an enrollment center.
