BFS Airport is located west of the village of Aldergrove, and 21 km northwest of the city of Belfast. It can be accessed via the M2 motorway, exit at Junction 5 to A57 for 7 miles.

EasyJet passengers: easyJet , the major carrier at BIA, only accepts online check-in - make sure to print your boarding pass at home. Check-in counters have been replaced by Baggage Drop counters. Boarding gates close 30 mins prior to departure time. Note: As of Sept. 2017, 'Worldwide by easyJet', a global airline connections service helps making easy booking connections to long-haul flights to the Americas and Far East. Also weekly winter flights between Belfast & Geneva were increased to four.
Visa requirements for travelers from India: Tourists, travelers on business & other eligible visitors from India will now be able to visit both the UK and Ireland (North & South Ireland) - moving freely between the two countries on a single visa.
