BRU Airport Transportation Options

Brussels Airport offers a variety of transportation options to help you reach your destination smoothly. Choose from taxis, trains, buses, ride-shares, and rental cars. The airport is well-connected to Brussels and other major cities in Belgium.

Taxis & Limousines

Taxi stands are located in front of the Arrivals Hall. A typical fare to the city center is about 35 EUR. For limousine services, contact Edward Ghebreal at +32 2 772 0000.

Private Shuttles & Buses

• De Lijn buses offer free rides within the airport perimeter. They connect to Brussels North railway station, NATO, and more. Call +32 70 220 200 for details.
• MIVB/STIB buses run to the European Quarter. Use Bus line 12 on weekdays and Bus line 21 on weekends/holidays. Tickets are available at Platform C's vending machine 'GO'.
• The Brussels Express Bus to Antwerp operates hourly. Contact DeDecker at +32 52 33 4000. Tickets cost 10 EUR and are available from the driver.
• Royal Dutch Coach offers services to Rotterdam and The Hague from level 0.

Ride-Share Services

Ride-share services like Uber are available at Brussels Airport. Designated pick-up and drop-off areas are clearly marked. Use the app to book your ride.

Rental Cars

Rental car services are located at the airport. You can choose from six major providers. Check the airport's website for contact details and booking information.

Public Transportation

By Train

• The train station is on basement level -1. Up to six trains per hour connect to Brussels North, Central, and Midi stations.
• Direct trains are available to other Belgian cities. Visit the Belgian Rail website for more information.
• A high-speed Thalys train departs for Paris at 8:12 am. Book tickets on the Thalys website using 'Bruxelles-Aeroport'.

By Bus

• Three bus stations are on level 0. Use elevators or escalators from the Arrivals Hall to access them.
• De Lijn buses connect to various local and regional destinations. Check their website for routes and schedules.

Accessibility and Additional Services

Brussels Airport is equipped with facilities for passengers with reduced mobility. Elevators, escalators, and moving walkways are available. Hotel shuttles and short-term parking options are also provided for convenience.
