The Airport Information Desk
Open seven days a week to assist passengers with questions, comments or concerns. It is located on the ticketing level of the main terminal between the Southwest Airlines ticket counter and Security Checkpoint B.

The CLE Customer Service Office is on the baggage claim level of the main terminal and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).

Airport Ambassadors
Located throughout the airport and are available to assist passengers in navigating the airport, provide information and directions to local venues, and to assist delegates and groups attending functions in Cleveland. The Airport Ambassadors can be identified by their smiling faces, helpful attitudes and the gold blazers they wear.

Convention and Visitors Bureau

CLE Airport Ambassadors maintain an information and visitors booth located on the baggage claim level at the airport. The booth is in the center of that level, open seven days a week. Brochures provided by the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland concerning area lodging, transportation, restaurants and attractions are on display and available twenty-four hours a day.

USO Facilities:

The lounge, located on the airport's baggage claim level (adjacent to carousel 1) , provides a place to grab a snack, e-mail a loved one, shoot a game of pool, or just get away from the stress and noise of the busy airport.  For additional information, please contact the Bob Hope USO Lounge at 1.216.433.7313, or visit its website at usocleveland.org.

Lost & Found

For items lost on an aircraft, please contact your airline. For all items lost at CLE airport, Lost & Found hours are Mon-Fri 8AM–3PM. Please call 216.265.0777. Anyone looking to recover an item outside of normal business hours can do so by making an appointment or using the form below.

Mail Center

Two U. S. mail boxes are in non-secure areas of the main terminal - one in front of Security Checkpoint B, and one  in front of the Security Checkpoint C.

United States postage stamps are available for purchase from a self-service stamp machine located in the Plaza area across from the Simply Books store, and at any of the USBank ATMs located throughout the terminal.

Pets

Airline policies regarding pets vary widely and it is highly recommended that you contact the airline prior to making a reservation. Here are some helpful tips for traveling with pets:

The pet relief area at CLE Airport is at the South of end of baggage claim, nearest to Carousel 2. Owners will exit through Door 1 and walk to the left (following signs) around the corner. Pet waste pickup bags and a trash receptacle are available. Owners are asked to please clean up after their pets.
 

Smoking

Designated smoking areas are marked outside of the main terminal on the ticketing level.
