The passenger terminal complex at Cologne / Bonn Airport consists of two terminals - T1 with Concourses B & C, and T2 with Concourse D - connected to each other. The railway station can be accessed from both terminals (from T1-C and T2D and from T1-B).
NOTE:
- Germanwings passengers for mainland flights need to check in (a) at Terminal 1-C for domestic flights (near the Lufthansa counter); (b) at Terminal 1-A/B for international flights.
- Free LAN internet access is available throughout the terminals.
- Eurowings offers three weekly flights to Miami (Florida).
Terminal 1 has three levels: Note that the waiing area for long-distance passengers has recently been expanded - spreading over two levels (adding more seating, flight monitor and better lighting.
Level 1 is the Arrivals level which surrounds carpark 1. It includes the baggage claim, information counter, banking and tourist services, and a connector to the Mezzanine level.
Level 2 is the Departures level with ticket counters, various services and access to the B & C gates at their star-shaped concourses.
Level 3 is the Visitor Terrace.
Services at T1 include an Information counter at B, C departures, a pharmacy at C departures, pe-security; a Medical & dental suite at A/B departures, pre-security; Visitors Servic at 3.OG, a Massage service at Starwalk, safety area;
Terminal 2 has three levels:
Level 1 is the Arrivals level which also houses the rental cars (rental car returns are in carpark 2 across from the terminal).
Level 2 the Departures level. Between levels 1 & 2 is the Mezzanine level.
Level 3 houses the Airport Business Lounge at T2 (also available to paying passengers) - located at post-security, left, first stairway, or take elevator up.
Services at T2 include Found bags/ baggage storage; EV charging station at D Departures; Playland at D Arrival.

- A multi-energy gas station is available at 'Nordallee', public area.
