Getting Between Terminals
Passengers can easily move between the Main Terminal and Concourses A and B using the airport's shuttle service, which runs every few minutes. The shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations are clearly marked and located near the entrances of each terminal. Additionally, passengers can walk between the Main Terminal and Concourses A and B via a covered walkway, which takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Overall, getting between terminals at IND is quick and hassle-free.

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The Indianapolis Airport has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located in the main terminal, near the ticket counters. There are also additional security checkpoints located in Concourse A and Concourse B. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time to go through security.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
The Indianapolis Airport offers a TSA PreCheck program, which allows pre-approved passengers to use a dedicated security lane and avoid the regular security lines. The TSA PreCheck lane is located in the main terminal, near the main security checkpoint. In addition, there are also Clear lanes available for passengers who have enrolled in the Clear program. The Clear lanes are located in the main terminal, near the main security checkpoint as well.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The Indianapolis Airport has a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility located in the main terminal. This facility is responsible for processing international arrivals and departures. Passengers arriving from international destinations will go through passport control and customs in this facility. The CBP facility is located near the baggage claim area in the main terminal. Passengers are advised to have all necessary travel documents ready and to allow enough time for processing through passport control and customs.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At the airport, there are several TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints located throughout the terminal. These checkpoints are designed to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible passengers to expedite the screening process by providing them with a dedicated lane and allowing them to keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, as well as keeping their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. To be eligible for TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved through the TSA Pre Check program.
Global Entry Locations
IND is home to a Global Entry Enrollment Center, which allows travelers to apply for the Global Entry program. Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. The Indianapolis Airport Global Entry Enrollment Center is located in the International Arrivals area of the terminal.

Airport Lounge Locations
Indianapolis Airport offers a variety of lounges for travelers to relax and unwind before their flight. The Delta Sky Club is located in Concourse A, offering comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi. Baggage Claim Areas
Indianapolis Airport has four baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal. Baggage claim areas are clearly marked with overhead signs and baggage carousels are numbered for easy identification. If you need assistance with your baggage, there are baggage service offices located near each baggage claim area.
Luggage Cart Availability
Luggage carts are available for rent at IND Airport. You can find them in the baggage claim areas and throughout the terminal. The cost to rent a luggage cart is $5 and can be paid with cash or credit card. If you need assistance with your luggage, skycaps are available to help you with your bags.
Luggage Storage Locations (Left Luggage)
The airport does not offer left luggage services. However, there are several luggage storage options available near the airport. You can find luggage storage facilities at nearby hotels or use a luggage storage service such as BagsAway. BagsAway offers luggage storage at various locations throughout the city and provides a convenient pick-up and drop-off service at the airport.
