Getting Between Terminals
As the airport has only one terminal building, there is no need to transfer between terminals. All gates and amenities are located within the same building, making it easy for travelers to navigate the airport. However, if you need to travel between the airport and other locations on the island, there are several transportation options available, including taxis, rental cars, and public transportation.
Food, Shops & Services
ACK may be small, but it still offers a variety of options for food and shopping. Passengers can grab a bite to eat at the airport's café, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Passport & Immigration Control Locations
As ACK only offers domestic flights, there are no passport or immigration control locations within the airport. However, passengers are still required to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, at the security checkpoint.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
Nantucket Memorial Airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available for passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for trusted travelers. Passengers who are enrolled in TSA Pre Check can keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and leave laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. Global Entry Locations
Nantucket Airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, there are several Enrollment Centers located nearby in Massachusetts. These include Boston Logan International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, and T.F. Green Airport in Rhode Island. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. It also includes TSA Pre Check benefits.

Airport Lounge Locations
ACK Airport may be a small airport, but it still offers a few lounges for travelers to relax in before their flight. The main lounge at the airport is the Nantucket Airlines Lounge, which is located in the main terminal. This lounge is available to passengers flying with Nantucket Airlines and offers comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, and free Wi-Fi.
In addition to the Nantucket Airlines Lounge, there is also a private lounge available for passengers flying with private jets. This lounge is located in the private jet terminal and offers luxurious amenities such as a fireplace, plush seating, and a fully stocked bar.
Baggage Claim Areas
Upon arrival at the airport, passengers can easily locate the baggage claim area. The airport has two baggage carousels located in the lower level of the terminal building. The carousels are clearly marked with flight information, making it easy for passengers to identify which carousel their luggage will be arriving on. Baggage carts are available near the baggage claim area for passengers to use free of charge.
Luggage Cart Availability
ACK provides luggage carts free of charge for passengers to use throughout the terminal building. The carts are conveniently located near the baggage claim area, as well as in the parking lot and outside the terminal entrance. Passengers can easily identify the carts by their bright yellow color and the airport logo. If you need assistance with your luggage, airport staff members are available to help.
Luggage Storage Locations (Left Luggage)
If you need to store your luggage while visiting Nantucket, the airport offers a left luggage service. The luggage storage location is located in the terminal building, near the baggage claim area. The service is available daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The cost for storing luggage is $10 per item, per day. The airport also offers a luggage wrapping service to protect your luggage during storage or transit.
