A special and private space was set aside at Sky Harbor Airportis for members of the Military and veterans and their families. It is equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs, a computer, a large-screen TV, games and children’s play area. This was made possible by donations and fundraising efforts of the Phoenix Military Veterans Affairs Commission. The lounge is staffed by volunteers.

Lost & Found
For items lost: On the plane or in the airline gate area, call the airline (see below.) At a checkpoint, call the TSA at 602-626-1453. In the common areas of the airport including the terminals, PHX Sky Train®, buses or parking areas, please call the Sky Harbor Lost and Found office at 602-273-3333 and leave a message or e-mail us at [email protected]. Please note: Property lost in the terminals, PHX Sky Train®, buses or parking garages is held in possession for only 10 days (except keys, which are held 30 days) unless other arrangements are made. After the hold period, property is either donated, disposed of, or sent to Phoenix Police Department depending on the content. Pets
Pet Relief: Pet Parks Sky Harbor has three areas for pets to stretch their legs, drink water and take potty breaks (mitts for cleaning up provided). (No post-security areas are available at this time.)
1. The Pet Patch is located at east of Terminal 2, near doors 7-8.
2. The Paw Pad is located at parking garage of Trminal 3, level 1, north side.
3. The Bone Yard is located at west side of Terminal 4, level 1, outside of baggage claim.1.
4. A new one is located at the 44th Street PHX Sky Train® Station; and .
5. another new one at East Economy Parking.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Smoking areas are available at:
T2 at east and at west sides of the ground level;
T3 at est, wet, north & south sides of the terminal's ground level.
T4 at south, ground level; at north & south side of level 2

International Travelers at Phoenix Sky Harbor PHX Airport
All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control (or use one of the the APC kiosks if US or Canadian citizen or come from one of the visa-waiver countries) , pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance . If they continue their journey they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate. NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
