Service Centers are located in the main terminal and on Concourses A, C and D and offer the following amenities:
a) South Service Center - near concourse A/B/C security check point, the south service center offers ATM cash machines, a mail drop, UPS and FedEX dropboxes, self-service insurance counter, change machine, full service barber/beauty shop/seated massage/manicure, and shoe shine stand.
b) North Service Center - near concourse D/E security check point, the North Service Center offers an ATM cash machine, mail drop, postage machine and change machine.
c) Concourse A Service Center - just before Gate A-2, the Concourse A service center offers ATM, change machine, vending machines (snacks, beverages) and workstations with phones, computer ports and cell phone charging stations.
d) Concourse C Service Centers - across from Gates 4 and 14, the Concourse C service centers provide ATMs, vending machines (snacks, beverages), change machine, workstations with phones and computer ports and cell phone charging stations.
e) Concourse D Service Center - near Gate D7, the Concourse D service center is equipped with an ATM, change machine, vending machines (snacks, beverages), telephone workstations equipped with computer ports and cell phone charging stations.
PDX Concourse Connector - allows easy access between North and South Concourses:
The Concourse Connector joins the airport's south concourses (A, B & C) with the north concourses (D & E). The passageway allows travelers who have cleared airport security to move freely between the north and south concourses without additional screening. Moving sidewalks provide fast and easy access between concourses.
Baggage Storage / Delivery: 'Luggage Services & Logistics' offers baggage storage & delivery - located at north end of baggage claim area, past baggage carousel 10. (tel. 503-284-1292); open 8am-midnight.
For grab & go Foods and travel item, go to the Oregon Market, which is open 24/7 at pre-security (tel. 460-0643); and at post-security at Concourses A (249-1686), B (460-9472); C (460-9391) and D (249-1607) - all telephone numbers precede area code 503.

Mezzanine Level in the Terminal - View Map LOST IN THE TERMINAL If you lost an item in the airport terminal, at the TSA screening checkpoint, in a parking lot or garage, on a shuttle bus or the roadway in front of the terminal, e-mail the PDX Lost and Found Office or call one of the numbers above. Please provide your contact information, including address and phone number, along with a detailed description of the lost item, including any special identifying characteristics. A Port of Portland staff member will respond to your e-mail/call within one business day upon receiving your lost and found inquiry. Please note, items recovered are retained for 30 days before being disposed. LOST WITH AN AIRLINE Airlines operate their own lost and found offices. Please contact your airline if you believe you may have lost your item during your flight. Some airlines' lost and found offices require that you leave a voice mail message with your name, phone number and a detailed description of the lost item. An airline representative will return your call. If your airline has found your item, airline staff will provide options for its return. Mail Center
The 'Mailsafe Express' at each security checkpoint of PDX forwards rejected items to the address you provide.

Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the terminal complex, unless in a kennel - except working dogs on a leash. For pet relief areas contact any airport or airline staff.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the passenger terminal complex
International Travelers at Portland PDX Airport
All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance . If they continue their journey they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
