Guest Services at Reagan National DCA Airport

Airport Guest Services, Airport Information and Travelers Assistance:  Student Ambassadors with 'May I help you?' tags are available throughout the terminals.
Customer Service Centers  are in Terminals B and C provide foreign currency exchange, insurance, facsimile and photocopying, notary public, and other services. Hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Telephone: (703) 417-3200 and (703) 417-3201.
Charging station locations:

(a)  for computers & other electronic devices -  throughout the terminals,  in many gate areas & the food courts - look for the "power up" signs.
(b) EV charging at Garage B, ground level, is free (but parking rates apply). 
Ground Transportation (Taxi, Shuttle, Parking) - tel. 703-417-7275.
Information Counters are stationed in Terminal A: (703) 417-3972 , Terminal B/C Concourse level: (703) 417-1806, or Terminal B/C Baggage Claim: (703) 417-3974. 
Language Assistance:  Volunteers at the Information Counters will assist you in etting connected to a language iterpretation line.
Paging (tel. 703-417-1806)is available at the Information Counters and the Travelers Aid Desks in the terminals. Blue courtesy phones can also be used for paging, as well as for general Airport information.
Travelers Aid counters are located at:  Terminal A, (703) 417-3972, and at  Terminals B/C:  tel. (703) 417-1806.
Translations - Language aistance access is availab le at Information Counters, stffed by volunteers who assit in getting connected to a language interpretation line. Open Sun-Fri 8am-9pm; Sat 8am-7pm.
Tours for Student Groups - DCA Airport offers Airport tours year-round (except holidays) on a first-come, first-serve basis. For mre information click on:  mwaa.com/reagan/1229.htm
USO Lounge at Reagan National serves military personnel and their families. It is located on the Main level of Terminal A across from Lost and Found and is open daily 6am-10p.m.  (From Terminal A's lobby, follow signs to Gates 10-45 -the lounge is at left;  from Terminal B/C's Concourse level, follow signs to Gates 1-9 - the lounge is at right.  For more information call 703-417-8876.
Amenities include: Hospitality desk staffed by USO volunteers; photocopying and faxing services; TV with movie library; free snack bar; wireless internet access; unlimited domestic and international calls; ground transportation and lodging assistance.

Lost & Found

If you lost an item onboard your airplane, contact your airline. If you lost an item in the terminal, call Lost & Found at 703-417-0110, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm. The following chart will help guide you on selecting the correct agency which corresponds to the location where your item went missing. If you are unsure, you may contact Reagan National Airport Lost and Found for assistance. Send an online inquiry   When calling the Reagan National Lost and Found office you may reach a messaging service if the technician is assisting another customer or if it is outside of normal business hours. The lost and found technician will research your inquiry and provide you with an accurate response within one business day. Once your item(s) are confirmed, you can arrange with the Airport Lost and Found office to: Pick up your item(s) at the airport. Location: Terminal A, 1st Floor, Room M-160 Have a designated person pick up your item(s) for you (written authorization is required). A Property Release Form can be downloaded here and faxed or emailed. Arrange for shipping of your item(s) by contacting the lost and found office to coordinate with “Federal Express” courier service. A “Federal Express” account number must be provided to the lost and found technician in order to arrange the delivery. Please note the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority does NOT pay for shipping. Request to mail item by U.S. Postal Service if the item is small and less than 5 pounds; laptop computers and other electronics are never sent via the USPS. The address for pickup is:

Mail Center

Drop boxes for U.S. mail are located in all terminals. Various postal services are available at the North Customer Service Center.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the terminals, unless in a kennel.  Exception: Working dogs on a leash.
Airline policies regarding pets vary widely and it is highly recommended that you contact the airline prior to making a reservation.

Animal relief areas are located at:
Terminal A, adjacent to doors 1 & 5
Terminal B , outside the doors, opposite of South Metrorail Station entrance
Terminal C, across from North Metrorail Station entrance.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted outside the Terminals, at leasst 10 feet from entrance doors.



International Travelers at Reagan National DCA Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
