NOTE: When making airline reservations, state your special needs, including Wheelchair assistance, and onboard storage of your battery-operated wheelchair.  Wheelchair & luggage assistance is also available at curbside from SkyCabs (tipping suggested).
TDD Phones are located at the airport throughout terminal lobbies and concourses.

Parking:  If you have disabled license plate or valid DMV placard you may park in the designated spaces located in economy, hourly, and daily lots. Regular parking fees apply. Airport shuttle buses are lift-equipped and Z-ramps are available from the hourly lots to the terminals. For parking lot access assistance, call (916) 874-0681.

Pet Relief  areas are located in Terminal A, right behind Southwest Airlines curbside check-in area;  in Terminal B in the grassy area on the south end of the terminal's baggage claim level.
