Airport Information counters are in both terminals.  You can also call the Airport toll free at 800-595-2442 or from outside the State of Utah at 801-5752400
-Children's Play Areas - Fully-equipped play areas are located on Concourses A, B and the top of E.
-Delta Air Lines Sky Club islocated in the connector between Concourses C and D.
-Infant Care - Facilities located in the restrooms.
-InMotion Pictures, renting portable DVD players and movies, is at the top of Concourse D - movie drop-off: Connector between Conc. B and C.
-Language Assistance - For language translation, please contact the Airport Control Center at 801-575-2401.
-Lodging and Courtesy Vans - direct telephone lines located at the far end of the baggage claim areas in both terminals.
-Paging someone: dial 0 on a white paging phone located in the telephone banks throughout the airport or by dialing 575-2600.
-Shoe Shines - In Terminal One at the top of the escalators as you enter Concourse B. In Terminal Two, at the top of Concourse C & behind Starbucks on Concourse E.
-Skycap Service - in front of both terminals and in the parking terrace. Some airlines charge for this service. Gratuities are accepted by skycaps.
-Utah Information Center: Located on the connector between Concourse C and D. It is operated by the Salt Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau and has information on accommodations, restaurants, transportation, recreation, events, attractions, relocation and business opportunities in Utah. Open daily 9am-5pm Mon-Sat. They also operate an information desk in the baggage claim area of Terminal II.

Lost & Found

Items found in the public areas of the airport - including the security checkpoints - are taken to the Airport Lost & Found located on the mezzanine level of Terminal 1. The Lost & Found office is open for business from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (MT), Monday - Friday.    The Lost & Found office will be closed for all City observed Holidays. The following items will be held till the end of business day and then discarded due to health and safety reasons: food items and containers, drink containers, neck pillows, and any soiled clothing items. As per City ordinances relating to lost and abandoned property, the City and Airport presents notice that items will be disposed of, auctioned, or donated unless a proper claim is made by the owner on or before the 30th day of possession by the Airport. Notice of disposition by public notice will take place after the expiration of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the property. The property shall be held by the Airport and not disposed of for a minimum of eight (8) calendar days, after the date of posting and publication of the notice. Click here to file a Lost Item Claim. Mail Center

U.S. Post Office is just off the Airport entrance road (330 North 3700 West)
FedEX drop boxes are at
T1, at top of Concourse A,  at T2 on connector between Concourses C & D.
Mailboxes
at SLC Airport can be found in Terminal One, post-security, at the top of the escalator toward Concourse A; and in Terminal Two, post-security, just before the Concourse D connector.
Stamps are available in all of the airport gift shops.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the terminal complex of SLC; except working dogs on a leash.
Airline policies regarding pets vary widely and it is highly recommended that you contact the airline prior to making a reservation. 
Pet Relief areas with cleanup material are (a) across from the terminal buildings in front of the parking garage and (b) between Terminals 2 & the International Terminal.   Each of Concourses B, C & E also have pet relief facilities - contact your airline personnel.

Smoking

Smoking in Concourse D at SLC is closed and gone. The others are on schedule to be closed by January, 2017 

International Travelers at Salt Lake City SLC Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
