Other services available at Sea-Tac Airport:

Family /Child Facilities:  (a) Car Seat, Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals are available at Ken's Baggage & Frozen Food Storage (visit kensbaggage.com);
(b) A children's play area is between the Central Terminal & Concouse A.
(c) The Mothers' room is also between Central Terminal & Concouse A, directly across from Seattle Tap Room.
General Information is available in the lower-level, baggage claim area of the terminal. Maps, regional information, bus schedules, and brochures are available as well as a courtesy paging phone. Volunteer Hospitality Ambassadors are on duty during busy times to provide assistance.
Ground Transportation Information (tel. 206-431-5906) is available at information booths on level 3 of the Garage.
Lockers: Self-service baggage lockers are available at Ken's Baggage & Storage Rentals,
Notary Public - at Ken's Baggage Storage & Rentals - no appointment necessary.
Parking availability: The Floor Count System lets drivers know how many spaces are available at the Sea-Tac parking garage, and a sign shows available openings to the right and left on each floor of its 4-row section. Should the Airport Garage be full, Airport staff will give information on nearby parking alternatives.   For all parking-related information, please refer to 'Airport Parking' page.
Passenger Paging - All airport paging is done through the airlines. (There is no central paging.)
Passenger Pickup -
Use the free cell phone waiting lot  or park in the Terminal Direct level of the parking garage (please refer to 'Airport Parking' page). Note that international flghts arrive at South Satellite, where they spend 30-60 mins to clear US customs procedure - meet them either at escalator on baggage claim level between carousels 7 & 8, or at carousel one where they pick up checked luggage.
Quiet Zone is located at gate B4 and has ample seating with power outlets.
Shipping Supplies / UPS/FedEx services are available at Ken's Baggage Storage & Rentals, located on the Baggage Claim level between carousels 12 & 13.
Travelers Assistance: Both Pathfinders and Volunteers are at hand to assist travelers inside the terminals - 'Pathfinders' are dressed in red jackets and purple shirts, and volunteers wear royal blue jackets.
USO - Military Assistance - USO, located in the Main Terminal, Mezzanine Level, is open 24/7. The Sea-Tac Center serves all military members and their families by providing a full nursery; toys, books and games for children; sleeping facilities, showers, free snack bar, travel information, and a lounge area with a big-screen TV, X-box games, Internet access, and library. Visitor Information Booth is located on the lower level of the Main Terminal in the Baggage Claim area across from carousel 11.

Mail Center

U.S. Mailboxes are located on the ticketing level, in the corridor between ticket counters 3 & 4, across from entrance to Central Security Checkpoint, and and between the Southwest and American ticket counters;
at the baggage claim level outside door 16, at lower drive sidewalk; and
at Concourse A (near gate A3; at entrances to Concourses B & C, and two mail boxes  at Concourse D across from Hudson News & behind North Security Checkpoint.

Shipping Supplies / UPS/FedEx services are available at Ken's Baggage Storage & Rentals, located on the Baggage Claim level between carousels 12 & 13.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the Terminal, unless in a kennel. Exception: Working dogs on leash.

Pet relief areas are mostly outdoors, but there is one for working dogs inside thef Main Terminal, behind security check, next to exit from Concourse B.
Outdoor pet areas:  'Pet Potties' are in two areas outside of the Baggage Claim:
    at North end - outside door 26, past bag carousel 16 (a sandy area o the left under the stairs);
    at South end - outside door 00 (a large grassy area at end of parking lot, equipped with cleanup bags.

Pets which were checked in as baggage can be picked up at baggage claim (for further needed information contact your airline directly).  If a pet was shipped unaccompanied, you need to ick it up at Sea-Tac's air cargo facility. For more information contact your freight carrier.

Smoking

Sea-Tac is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited along the full length of the upper and lower airport drives, everywhere in the airport garage, anywhere inside the terminal and in all airfield locations.  However, there are two outdoor locations:
(a) at North end of the Lower Drive (on Baggage Claim level): North of door 26, across the small parking lot, adjacent to the stairs leading to the cruise tent lot ;
(b) at South end of the Lower Drive (Baggage Claim level)

International Travelers at Seattle Tacoma SEA Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control (or use an APC - one of the automated passport control kiosks (U.S. & Canadian citizens only), pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance, they put their bags onto a high-speed conveyor for delivery to the Baggage Claim, where they can pick them up from Carousel One.  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.

Airline(s) baggage transfer: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline's counter, then go through security check before proceeding to your gate. 
Your bags will be automatically transferred if: (a) you booked all flights on one ticket; (b) if your airlines belong to the same Airline Alliance; or (b) if your flight is via an Airline who code-shares with another (example: 'XYZ airline, operated by ABC airline').
Travelex, who handles currency exchanges, is located in the Main Terminal - Ticketing Level (one on the south esplanade and one on the north), in the Main Terminal - Baggage Claim and on Concourse A.
The Language Phone Line at SeaTac is in (a) the inspection booths at Customs and Immigration and (b) at the Airport Information Booth outside the exit from the B gates (pre-security, south of the Central Security Checkpoint), these phones link up travelers and inspectors to interpreters for more than 150 different languages.
Passenger Pickup:  If passenger(s)  is being picked up, they can notify their party that they arrive at the South Satellite, where they will take 30-60 minutes for international arrivals procedures, and suggest to meet either at ecalator on baggage claim level (between carousels 7 & 8) - or at Carousel One where they pick up their bags.
