Getting Around the Airport
The passenger terminal complex at the Spokane International Airport consists of one main terminal with three concourses: Concourse A, B, and C.
The main terminal has a central lobby with a west and east wing.
In the central lobby there are ticketing counters for Delta, Frontier, Southwest, and United on the left, and baggage claim carousels 4 and 5 for Alaska and American airlines. In between the two is a ground transportation information center, and to the extreme right is a TSA precheck and police/dispatch services. Services include ATMs, telephones and text telephones, hotel information, and other information centers.
On the west wing, there are baggage claim carousels 1-3 for Delta, Frontier, Southwest, and United. Rental car options are provided by Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo, Payless, and Thrifty. Services include ATM, restrooms, hotel information, and other information centres. It includes a security checkpoint leading to the two separate concourse areas: Concourse A and B (discussed in the next section).
On the east wing there are ticketing service counters for Alaska and American. Services include ATMs, telephones and text telephones, restrooms, hotel information, and other information centres. It includes a security checkpoint leading to the separate concourse area: Concourse C (discussed in the next section).
Both west and east wings are connected by Skybridge to the parking garage and also have individually metered parking spaces, including the center parking area outside.
Concourse A is served by Southwest Frontier. It shares the lobby with Concourse B. The lobby consists of restrooms, ATMs, nursing room, and AED.
Concourse A specifically includes the terminal gate area with terminal gates 11-15 and the following services: AED, telephones and text telephones, restrooms, and business centre.
Gates 11 and 13 are for Southwest and Gate 14 for Frontier.

Concourse B is served by Delta and United. It shares the lobby with Concourse A. The lobby consists of restrooms, ATMs, nursing room, and AED.
Concourse B specifically includes the terminal gate area with terminal gates 1 & 4-8 and the following services: AED, telephones and text telephones, and restrooms.
Gates 1, 5, and 7 are for United and Gates 4, 6, and 8 for Delta.

Concourse C is served by Alaska and American. It houses gates 22-26 located towards the left of the entrance and gates 30-32 towards the right on the upper level.
Services include AED, telephones and text telephones, restrooms, and business centre.

Food, Shops & Amenities
There are many options for shopping and dining around GEG airport. Some notable shops and restaurants include Burger King, Quiznos, and No Boundaries inside the Concourse A/B Rotunda; Coeur d'Alene Trail and CNBC News in Concourse A; Aurora Pub in Concourse B; and MVP Sports Bar & Grill, Spokane Tap Room, and Spokane News Xpress in Concourse C.
The security checkpoints at GEG airport are monitored by the Federal TSA - Transportation Security Administration. Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. All security checkpoints provide access to the concourses and airplane gates.

- Arrive 90 minutes before flight time in case of domestic flights, and two hours before flight time in case of international flights.
- Print your boarding passes beforehand or use electronic boarding passes to save time
- Get all information regarding baggage sizes, airline schedule, curbside pickup/dropoff, or wheelchairs, prior to reaching the airport
- Keep an itinerary at home for your family and friends to be able to reach you in case of any emergencies
