Curbside check-in is available from American, Delta & Southwest airlines.
Level 1 is the Arrivals level - (with outside ground transportation counter, and shuttle & taxi service) - housing baggage claims 1 to 8 (oversized luggage goes on baggage belt 8) and baggage claim offices. In the center is the escalator to the second floor, a visual paging kiosk, an information center, rental car courtesy phones, a visual paging kiosk, and a chapel. This level connects to the parking garage.
Level 2 is the check-in level - housing Police, Federal Inspection & Customs & Border Control, Sandia Vista Room, the Commuications Center with Lost & Found, ATM, Smarte Carts. On one side of the Great Hall's escalators, are the airline counters for United, American, JetBlue & Delta airlines - while on opposite side are the airline counters for Southwest & Alaska. Beyond the flight information displays and the Communications Center, is another ticket counter for Boutique Airlines*, and across from it is the Commuter Airline Gate E.
Level 3 is the Departures level - houses food & drink establishments, shops, Aviation Dept. Offices, TSA checkpoint, an ATM machine and a passenger greeting area. This level also has the security checkpoint and a connector to Concourses A & B with a food court.
Concourse A with Gates A1 to A14 presently serves Southwest (gates A4-A14) & United (gates A1-A3) . The Concourse offers the Route 66 Lounge.
Concourse B with Gates B1 to B10 presently serves American (gates 1-4), Delta gates B7-10, JetBlue & Alaska gats B5 & B6..
Both Concourses offer food & drink and retail concessions, an ATM, laptop charging & workstation areas.
* NOTE: Boutique Airlines is a commuter airline using Commuter Airline Gate E - with current services to Carlsbad & Los Alamos.
NOTE: Of the ongoing construction work until 2018, the following projects have been completed:
- Baggage claims were renumbered; to have later corresponding exit numbers 1 - 8 (west to east);
- Mail & FedEx boxes were relocated from east end to west end of departure level
- East smoking area moved to west of last exit door on east-end of terminal
- Access to credit card parking lot, pet relief & smoking areas is through double-doors at far east end of arrivals level
- The Meditation Room is closed, to reopen later in 2017 at new locatation across from baggage claim 1.
