The three-level passenger terminal at Palermo International has a basement level wih a railway station and ticket office. Escalator/elevator lead to a ground, first and second level:
    Ground level is the arrivals level with baggage claim, lost & found, tourist information counter, ADA assistance point, security offices, and other services & amenities.
    Level 1 is one of 2 departure levels, but has also arrivals of Schengen & Extra-Schengen travelers; information desk, check-in counters 2-8 and 9-15 (for Schengen), security check, gates 2-8, and other services & amenities.
    Level 2 is also a departure level, but also has Schengen & extra-Schengen departures, check-in counters 9-15 (for Schengen), 6 and 18-20, with a passport control, gates 9-20, and other services & amenities.

Services and amenities inside the terminal: Information desk (tel. +39 091 7020273), banking (currency exchange, cash machine & bank counter), post office, pharmacy, baggage wrapping, a duty-free shop, a book store, food & drink establishments, as well as two VIP lounges (Gesap and 'Verga' Alitalia). 
Foreign Currency Exchange service - tel/fax +39 091 8431594 - is available in Check-In Area A of PMO Airport's passenger terminal.
Lost/Found:  If you lost an item onboard your airplane, contact your airline. If you lost an item at PMO Airport anywhere in the passenger terminal, contact the KSM Security Office on level 2, near the security checkpoint, which holds items for 48 hrs, or call it at +39 091-7020263; after 48 hrs contact the warehouse at +39 091 7020538 or send an e-mail to lostproperty@gesap.it.
