Guest Services at Sacramento SMF Airport
Information Booths are staffed by volunteer Airport Ambassadors, located lobbies of Terminals A and B of the Airport. Those trained volunteers are on hand daily 8am-8pm to answer questions and offer information about the airport and local tourist attractions.
Brochures available at the booths includes the Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau ‘Visitors Guide, brochures for various attractions throughout the region, and a variety of airport publications. Volunteers will answer questions about International’s facilities and services, provide directions to visitors from out of town, and contact the Sheriff’s Department in the event of an emergency.

Priority lanes for all airlines are available at security checkpoints in both Terminals A & B. As each airline has its own criteria for usage, it is best to contact your airline for specifics.
Lost & Found
All items lost in other parts of the terminal will be turned over to the Airport Division of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department - located at 7001 LindbergDrive, (between Terminals A & B), Sacramento, SA 95837 (tel. 916-874-0701 - leaving detailed data about lost/found item - or - e-mail: Air-SMFostAndFound@saccounty.net

Terminal A - right behind Southwest Airlines curbside check-in;
Terminal B at grass patio area on south end outside baggage claim.
