Getting Around BNE Airport

Brisbane Airport features two main passenger terminals: the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal. Each terminal is structured to cater to different types of flights and airlines, making navigation straightforward for travelers.

The International Terminal, built in 1995, consists of four levels. Level 1 is dedicated to airline offices and baggage handlers. Level 2 is for arrivals, where passengers will go through customs and baggage claim. Level 3 houses the departure lounge and various offices, while Level 4 is where departure check-in occurs. The terminal has 14 bays with aerobridges, with four capable of handling A380 aircraft. Lounges from Emirates, Air New Zealand, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Aspire, and Plaza Premium are available for eligible passengers.

The Domestic Terminal is a two-storey building with three distinct areas for different airlines. The northern end serves Qantas and QantasLink, featuring nine bays with aerobridges and three lounges: The Qantas Club, Business Class, and Chairman's Lounge. The central area accommodates other carriers like Jetstar, while the southern end is dedicated to Virgin Australia, with 11 parking bays and two lounges: the Virgin Australia Lounge and the Beyond Lounge. The terminal's layout ensures that passengers can easily find their respective gates and lounges.
