Duluth International Airport DLH serves some of the Lake Superior regions - including the cities of Hermantown, Minnesota, and Superior, Wisconsin. Choosing Duluth International often means less time and expense getting to the airport, to the departure gates and onto the plane quicker than at large airports. For the Airport's significant improvements to its operation's efficiency and safety, it recently received a special recognition from MCOA.
The Airport is gateway to the region’s pristine wilderness areas including Minnesota’s Boundary Water Canoe Area Wilderness. 

DLH Airport is located on Grinden Drive, off Haines Road & Airport Road, in the City of Duluth, Minnesota, along the shores of Lake Superior.
With an estimated 320K passengers each year, Duluth International Airport is served by major airlines offering direct flights to US hubs with worldwide connections, and by Charter flights.

The new & spacious passenger terminal at Duluth Airport
opened January 2013 - covering 110,000 sq.ft. of space. The terminnal is LEED Silver Certified and  received in January the 'MAC 2014 Choice Award'. It houses 400 seats, and has complete WiFi coverage, TVs, in-floor outlets for electronic devices, a restaurant & lounge, gift shop, vending machine and modern restrooms, as well as four jet bridges, two baggage carousels and rental car counters. New conference rooms with optional catering are available on levels 2 & 3.  For more info, call 218-625-7773.
Outside of the terminal are multiple pick-up & drop-off lanes (with a separate commercial vehicle lane).
