Skycaps are stationed at curb side on the upper level to assist departing passengers by checking bags and avoid ticket lines. Skycaps can assist individuals with their luggage and are available to transport disabled individuals by wheelchair to and from aircraft gates. Skycaps are also available at baggage claim to assist arriving passengers.

Luggage cart dispensers are located at each end of the baggage claim area, and on the first floor of the parking garage. Fee: $3 each with a rebate of 25 cents issued upon return of the cart. The dispensers accept credit cards.
