South Terminal uses the rental car phone center located at the Information and Reservation Boards on the Arrival/Ground Level and on the 3rd floor.
Pick-Up:Actual Vehicle pick-up for all companies is not on airport property and is located at various off-site areas which must be accessed by courtesy shuttle van for each separate rental car company. You need to board the appropriate Rental Car Shuttle by flagging it down after you stepped outside of the baggage claim area on the Arrival/Ground Level.
Return: Miami International Airport does not have any rental car return locations at the terminal facilities. When returning the rental car, please follow the posted signs to the specific company. Be sure to allow at least a half hour for shuttle to the airport. If your company's sign is not posted, contact the rental agency for directions.
