Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

The Newport News Williamsburg Airport has two security checkpoints located in the main terminal building. One is located near the entrance of Concourse A, while the other is located near the entrance of Concourse B. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

The Newport News Williamsburg Airport does not currently offer fast track lanes for expedited security screening. Williamsburg Airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, the nearest enrollment center is located at the Norfolk International Airport, which is approximately 30 miles away. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. To use Global Entry, passengers must apply and be approved for the program beforehand.
