Information Center
- staffed by Airport Ambassadors in blue vests (volunteers) - located in center of the baggage/ arrivals area:
The CMH Airport Information Center can provide you with any information you might need. Located at the center of the baggage claim level, here you will find detailed maps of everything from the airport itself to the entire state of Ohio. It also carries printed material, including guides to city attractions, festivals, shopping, and local hotels.
Paging Assistance
While personal paging is primarily available by contacting your airline directly - Airport assistance is also offered at the Airport Information Center on the ground level.
Jack Brewer USO Lounge:
Port Columbus Airport offers a lounge area for military personnel, staffed by volunteers and includes computers with internet access, DirectTV, refreshments and children's actiities. Located on the ticketing level near the Concourse C checkpoint, the lounge is open Mo-Fri, 11am-5pm and provides snacks, books, games and telephone services.

Lost & Found

We keep meticulous records for items found in the airport and turned in to our Lost and Found property room. We even attempt to contact owners whenever possible and keep items for 90 days. To get reunited with your lost item, please submit the form below. To recover items left on an aircraft, please contact your airline.

Mail Center

Drop boxes for overnite delivery and regular mail are in the Business Center at CMH Airport near the entrance to Concourse C

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the passenger terminal unless in a kennel - except working dogs who are on a leash.
A fenced pet relief area is outside of the baggage claim in a fenced area.

International Travelers at John Glenn Columbus CMH Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
