The layout of SRQ Airport features a single terminal with 13 operational gates labeled from B1 to B12 and B14. This terminal setup facilitates an easy navigation process for passengers. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The Sarasota Bradenton Airport has two security checkpoints located in the main terminal. The first checkpoint is located on the first floor near the baggage claim area, while the second checkpoint is located on the second floor near the departure gates. Both checkpoints are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety and security of all passengers.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Passengers who are looking to expedite their security screening process can take advantage of the TSA PreCheck program, which offers a fast track lane at both security checkpoints. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the second security checkpoint on the second floor of the main terminal. Additionally, the airport offers a Clear program which provides expedited security screening for registered members. The Clear lane is also located at the second security checkpoint.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The Sarasota Bradenton Airport has a U.S. Customs and Border Protection facility located in the main terminal for international arrivals. The facility is located on the first floor near baggage claim and is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Passengers are required to go through passport and immigration control upon arrival at the airport, and are then able to collect their baggage and proceed to the ground transportation area.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
SRQ Airport has both TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for the convenience of travelers. The TSA Pre Checkpoint allows eligible passengers to go through a faster and more streamlined security screening process, without having to remove their shoes, belts, or light jackets. To be eligible for TSA Pre, passengers must apply and be approved through the TSA Pre Check program.

Global Entry Locations
The airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center on-site, but there are several locations nearby where travelers can apply for Global Entry. The closest enrollment centers are located in Tampa and Fort Myers. Global Entry allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and schedule an interview at an enrollment center.

Baggage Claim Areas
Upon arriving at Sarasota Bradenton Airport, passengers can easily locate the baggage claim areas. The airport has two baggage claim carousels located on the lower level of the main terminal. These carousels are clearly marked with flight information and airline logos to help passengers identify which carousel to go to.
Passengers are advised to check the flight information display screens located throughout the terminal for any updates or changes to their flight's baggage claim area. Once passengers have collected their luggage, they can proceed to the airport's ground transportation options or exit the terminal.
