Getting Around the Airport
Elmira Corning Regional Airport serves the western part of New York State and some of the northern part of Pennsylvania.
ELM Airport is located between the cities of Elmira and Corning, on Route 17, near the Seneca/ Cayuga Lake area, and is within a short drive from the Pennsylvania border. Traveling east or west on Route 17, take Exit 50 --follow the signs.
Serving about 300,000 passengers annually, Elmira Corning Regional is presently served by some major airlines offering direct flights to US hubs and seasonal flights to Florida.
Main Terminal
The terminal building structure at the ELM airport has one main terminal building which houses all airport facilities.
The terminal offers free internet access, an ATM machine, the DC2 Restaurant, conference rooms, and rental car counters. The entire first level offers free WiFi accessAfter security check there is access to gates 1 - 6. The terminal is now under expansion work.

Terminal Tips
- Passengers are advised to arrive at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time to account for TSA security wait times and any possible delays.
- To ensure a smooth check-in process, passengers should pack carry-on luggage in a suitable manner, have photo ID ready, and read all the airline guidelines properly prior to arriving at the airport.
- No unattended baggage will be allowed inside the terminal building. You must keep your bags with you at all times.
