Lost & Found

If you lose or misplace something within T2, T3, T4 or the security checkpoints, you can check with the Travellers’ Information Service located on the ground floor of the international arrivals hall in T2. They operate 7am – midnight, seven days a week. Any items lost in T1 can find the lost property desk next to carousel 2 on the ground level before security in T1. If you have lost your passport, you will need to contact the Australian Border Force directly on +61 3 9339 1320. More information about lost property and how to retrieve your items here.
