Airport Terminal Layout

TUL Airport has a total of three terminals: Concourse A, Concourse B, and the Main Terminal. Concourse A is located on the east side of the airport and primarily serves American Airlines flights. Concourse B is located on the west side of the airport and primarily serves Delta and Southwest Airlines flights. The Main Terminal is located in the center of the airport and serves as the primary hub for all other airlines.

Overview of Terminals

The Main Terminal at the airport is the hub for all airlines and has a variety of amenities for travelers. There are numerous dining options, including fast food and sit-down restaurants. There are also several shops and retail outlets, including a duty-free store. Concourse A and Concourse B are smaller terminals that primarily serve American Airlines, Delta, and Southwest Airlines. Both terminals have a limited selection of dining and shopping options, but they are conveniently located for those flying with those airlines.

Getting Between Terminals

If you need to get between Concourse A and Concourse B, there is a shuttle service that runs every 10-15 minutes. The shuttle is free and can be accessed from either terminal. If you need to get between the Main Terminal and either Concourse A or Concourse B, there is a covered walkway that connects all three terminals. The walkway is accessible from the baggage claim area in the Main Terminal and from the gate areas in both Concourse A and Concourse B.

Food, Shops & Services

TUL offers a variety of food and shopping options for travelers. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a souvenir to take home, there's something for everyone.

For food, there are several options available in each of the airport's terminals. Concourse A has a Starbucks and a Quiznos, while Concourse B has a Chili's and a Cinnabon. The Main Terminal has a variety of options, including a Wolfgang Puck Express, a Moe's Southwest Grill, and a Dunkin' Donuts.

In terms of shopping, the airport has a good selection of stores to choose from. The Main Terminal has a CNBC News store, a Discover Oklahoma store, and a PGA Tour Shop, among others. Concourse A has a Hudson News and a Brighton Collectibles, while Concourse B has a Brookstone and a Sunglass Hut.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

TUL Airport offers a Fast Track program for passengers who want to expedite their security screening process. Fast Track lanes are available at the main security checkpoint in the Main Terminal, as well as at the security checkpoints in Concourse A and Concourse B. Passengers can purchase a Fast Track pass online or at the airport. The Fast Track pass allows passengers to skip the regular security line and go through a dedicated lane, which can save a significant amount of time.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

Passport and immigration control at the airport is located in the Main Terminal, near the baggage claim area. Passengers arriving from international destinations will need to go through passport control before collecting their luggage. The airport has several passport control booths to help expedite the process. Passengers are advised to have all necessary travel documents ready before arriving at passport control to avoid any delays.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

At TUL, passengers can find TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints located at the main terminal. TSA Pre Check allows eligible passengers to enjoy expedited security screening, which means they can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. TSA Pre Check is available to U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and lawful permanent residents who have undergone a background check and are deemed low-risk travelers. Passengers can apply for TSA Pre Check online or in-person at an enrollment center.

Global Entry Locations

Tulsa Airport has a Global Entry Enrollment Center located at the main terminal. Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Global Entry members can use automated kiosks to complete their customs declaration form and biometric verification, which saves time and hassle at the airport. To apply for Global Entry, passengers must submit an online application and schedule an interview at an enrollment center, such as the one at Tulsa Airport.

Airport Lounge Locations

TUL Airport offers several lounges for travelers to relax and unwind before their flight. The American Airlines Admirals Club is located in Concourse A and offers comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and drinks, and free Wi-Fi. The Delta Sky Club is located in Concourse B and features a full-service bar, snacks, and comfortable seating with charging stations. The United Club is located in the Main Terminal and offers a quiet space to work or relax with complimentary snacks and drinks.

In addition to these major airline lounges, there is also The Club at TUL located in the Main Terminal. This lounge is accessible to all passengers regardless of airline and offers comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and drinks, and free Wi-Fi.

Baggage Claim Areas

Upon arrival at the airport, passengers can easily locate their baggage claim areas. The airport has three baggage claim areas, one for each terminal. Baggage claim carousels are located near the exits of each terminal, making it easy for passengers to collect their luggage and exit the airport. The airport staff is always available to assist passengers with any questions or concerns regarding baggage claim.

Luggage Cart Availability

TUL provides luggage carts for passengers to transport their luggage from baggage claim to their mode of transportation. The carts are available at various locations throughout the airport, including baggage claim areas, parking garages, and rental car facilities. The carts are free to use and can be easily located by following the signs throughout the airport. Passengers are encouraged to return the carts to designated areas to ensure availability for other travelers.

Luggage Storage Locations (Left Luggage)

Tulsa Airport offers luggage storage facilities for passengers who need to store their luggage for a short period of time. The left luggage facility is located in the baggage claim area of the Main Terminal. The facility is open 24/7 and offers secure storage for luggage of all sizes. The storage fees are reasonable and based on the size of the luggage. Passengers can easily locate the left luggage facility by following the signs in the baggage claim area.
