An Airport Information Booth is located in the baggage claim area.  From outside call (775) 328-6870  for paging call (775) 328-6789.

Airport Mailers: 
Items not allowed at TSA checkpoint can use the plastic pouch provided for the item, complete payment & shipping form & drop package at Aiport Mailer box located at the entrances to both B & C Concourses.  Items will arrive at your home 3-4 weeks thereafter.  (Airport Mailers tel. 336-499-0899).

Prepaid Phone Cards (startingat incements of $5) are availab le at vending machines throughout the terminal and at Adventure News in the terminal lobb.

Gaming Machines & Massage chairs are on both concourses and the terminal lobby.

Lost & Found

Welcome to Reno-Tahoe International Airport's Lost & Found Department.  The Lost & Found Department is open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (pacific standard time) Monday through Friday, and closed on weekends and holidays. If you believe you lost an item in Reno-Tahoe International Airport, including at the TSA Security Checkpoint, please contact our Lost and Found Department at 775.328.6868 or send an email to [email protected]. If you believe you left an item onboard an airplane, please contact your individual air carrier directly. Airline contact information can be found by visiting the airlines page. For urgent matters needing immediate response, during weekends, holidays or after regular business hours, please contact Airport Communications at 775.328.6600 for assistance.

Mail Center

A US Mailbox  is north of main terminal entrance -  at the curb.  Stamps are available at Adventure News store in the Terminal Lobby, or from any ATM machines.


Animals are not permitted in the terminal at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.

Quoting RNO Airport: "...all of the airlines that serve the Reno-Tahoe International Airport allow dogs and cats "in cabin".  However, policies vary from one air carrier to another when it comes to pets traveling as "checked baggage" and as "cargo".  All airlines assess fees for this service.  In addition, pet carriers count toward passenger carry-on and checked baggage limits...."

Two pet relief areas - referred to as 'Gate K-9 Bark Park'  are available (a) at the north side of the baggage claim (exit Door D by ground transport & follow paw prints;  and (b) south of the terminal, outside of Southwest ticket counter.


International Travelers at Reno Tahoe RNO Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
