Airport Information booths are located at Terminal 1, between baggage carousels 4 & 5, and open 7am-11pm (tel. 314-890-1333) - provide information on location of airport facilities, advice as to ground transportation directions, hotel shuttle service, and more
Airport paging (tel. 314-890-1333) - One-way paging is done daily 7am-11pm at the information/paging booth.  One-way paging means that there are not courtesy phones for the paged person to use to respond. A one-way message can be broadcast in either terminal and on any of the concourses.
American Airline Admirals Club is post-security at entrance to Concourse C.
Hotel/ Motel phones / shuttle pickup:  Toll-free phones are at Terminal 1 - on lower level at doors 12, 17 & 18 (with passenger pickup at door 18); and at Terminal 2 - on lower level near door 12 (passenger pickup at door 18).
Language Assistance is available at Terminal 1, at the Information Booth at the Baggage Claim - open daily 7am-11pm or call 314-890-1333.
Shoeshine services are located in Terminal 1 at West end, lower level - next to Airport Administration offices, and across from the Great American Bagel; between Gates A3 & Starbucks and near gate C3; and at Terminal 2 near gate E14.
Traveler's Aid (tel. 314-241-5820) open weekdays 9am-3pm assist stranded passengers (they don't handle airfare or plane tickets).
Visitors Information Booth - run by the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission, has booths in the baggage claim areas of both terminal, and open weekdays 9am-5pm (tel. 1-800-916-8938); on weekends call 314-423-5855; or visit explorestlouis.com.  It offers advice, information and directions for events and attractions in the St. Louis Area.
USO (tel. 314-429-1234 or visit uso.org) is open 24/7 and staffed by volunteers.  The James S. McDonnel USO is in Terminal 1, across from baggage carousel M6. re  Military visitors receive free food and soft drinks, a place to rest/sleep or watch television, read books and magazines or use the computer center, or luggage storage.

Lost & Found

The St. Louis Airport Police Department maintains a lost and found section.  Inquiries may be made Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Central Time, at (314) 890-1370. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) also recovers lost items. Call (314) 595-0423 to inquire about lost items that may have been recovered by the STL TSA office. It is recommended that passengers with lost items contact the respective airlines as well.

Mail Center

A full-service postal branch at STL Airport is located  on the lower level of Terminal 1 between doors 17 and 18.  Open weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm only.
A Mail drop box is on the lower level of Terminal 1, between doors 17 & 18.  Stamps are available at the US Bank ATM machine next toits branch at lower level, Terminal 1.

Pets

Gated Pet Relief / Animal Rest Areas at STL Airport are located outside the terminals and include a bench, a fire hydrant and clearnup material.  Location: 
Terminal 1, ticketing/departures level - outside exit 6;
Terminal 2, baggage claim level - outside exit 15.

Smoking

Smoking inside the terminals is not permitted.

International Travelers at Lambert St Louis STL Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
