SRQ Ambassadors are trained volunteers, wearing green blazers, are at ready to assist passengers. They are located at strategical stations on both levels of the terminal.
Ambassadors also conduct airport tours.

Lost & Found

For items lost onboard your airplane contact your airline:  (Delta: 941-360-7432; Jet Blue: 800-538-2583; US Airways: 877-367-7553; United: 800-335-2247;  Servisair: 941-360-0675 (contact Tina).
For items lost in the rental car contact your rental agency.
For items lost in the passenger terminal, contact the Sarasota Police Department, which will hold the item for 90 days. Call 8am-4:30pm, weekdays at 941-359-5200, ext. 4256.

Airline policies regarding pets vary widely and it is highly recommended that you contact the airline prior to making a reservation. 

Animal relief areas outside of the passenger trminal can be found at east side, near ticketing, and at West end near the taxis.  Both have  a fire hydrant and waste disposal bags.
